Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I specialize in anxiety, relationship concerns, depression, and complex trauma. I look forward to coming alongside you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and affirming. Each treatment plan includes a basis of mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic techniques. I often see people for a mix of in-person or virtual sessions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is often a complete hour where we explore how your symptoms, life experiences, and social life impact your current mental health. I will also ask you about your goals. At the end of the first session (or second session depending on your needs) I'll create a simplified plan to help you meet your goals.
