Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jamie Redding, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

My approach is informed by a deep well of experience across the entire spectrum of care. Having worked in schools, hospitals, and intensive behavioral health settings for the past 12 years, I am uniquely equipped to handle everything from daily stressors to complex clinical crises. In Schools, I understand the academic and social pressures facing students today and how to bridge the gap between home and education. In Hospitals & Behavioral Health, my time in high-acuity settings has given me the clinical rigor to support clients dealing with significant mental health challenges, ensuring a high standard of care and safety.

Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child or an adult looking to reclaim your mental well-being, my focus is on providing brief, effective, and empowering care. We will work together to move you from a place of surviving to a place of thriving.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in empathy, designed to make you feel seen and heard from the very first session. I don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" model; instead, I adapt my energy and tools to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on a Strengths-Based foundation. This means that while we will address the challenges you’re facing, we will also identify and amplify the resilience and skills you already possess. Our work is guided by three core pillars: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that might be keeping you stuck, providing you with tangible "homework" and coping strategies to use in real-time. Goal-Oriented Progress: Through Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, we zoom in on your desired future. We won't just talk about the "why"—we will actively build the "how" to get you to your goals efficiently. A Safe Space for All Ages: I have extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults for the past 12 years. Whether it’s helping a child navigate big emotions or supporting an adult through a life transition, I tailor my communication to be age-appropriate and relatable.
