Great to meet you!

I’m an EMDR-trained trauma therapist supporting teens and adults who are neurodivergent, anxious, or recovering from difficult life experiences. I help clients with ADHD, autism, and trauma release old patterns and build healthier emotional regulation, self-trust, and confidence. Sessions focus on understanding your nervous system, healing attachment wounds, and creating practical tools for balance, clarity, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic method is tailored to each client, guiding them to address their challenges, establish realistic goals, and develop healthy coping strategies. I incorporate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, solution-focused therapy and EMDR-therapy, and “walk and talk” sessions at parks and trails throughout DFW. I am licensed to meet virtually with Florida and Virginia residents.

What you can expect from me

My ultimate goal is to help guide and support my clients during times of discomfort and uncertainty. My sense of humor and gentleness aid in creating a non-judgmental, safe, and collaborative environment for my clients. *We do not accept EAPs at this time.
