Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a counselor and I am bilingual in English & Spanish with specialized training in substance use prevention and treatment, and I support individuals, couples, families, children, and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, or difficulties with emotional regulation, and my goal is to offer a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empathetic, and person‐centered. I believe your story matters, and I honor the unique experiences, strengths, and cultural background you bring into the room. I take a holistic view of wellness, considering the emotional, physical, and social parts of your life that shape how you feel and function. I am bilingual in English and Spanish

What you can expect from me

I work with clients of all ages and from diverse cultural backgrounds, meeting each person exactly where they are with respect, sensitivity, and care. Whether we’re working individually, as a couple, or as a family, I strive to create a space where everyone feels safe to express themselves and grow.

Creativity is an important part of my therapeutic style. I bring a dynamic, engaging energy to sessions and often incorporate art‐based approaches to help deepen insight, expression, and healing. Whether in individual or group settings, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and overall well‐being.
