Great to meet you!
Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. With over twenty years experience in private practice, I work with clients of all ages, races, ethnicities, races and genders, helping them to develop the resources they need to improve their overall emotional health.
I received my doctorate in
Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University in 2001. I am also a certified school psychologist.
As a private practitioner since 2005, I have extensive experience in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD, Depression and Mood Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder and ADHD, in children, adolescents and adults. I completed specialized training in the treatment of OCD at the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute, a program sponsored by the International OCD Foundation. A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to working with clients to combat OCD through the use of Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
Prior to my work in private practice, I was employed as a School Psychologist on the Child Study Team in an elementary school in East Brunswick, NJ. Experience with special education law, cognitive assessment and learning disabilities enables me to assist parents through the process of obtaining help for their child within the school environment for both learning and behavioral issues.
