Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in inpatient psychiatry, outpatient care, and supporting perinatal women and their support persons. My work now centers on mental health across the lifespan—from menses through menopause—including support for adolescents, adults, and parents navigating major life transitions (menopause). I’ve completed advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International.

My approach to therapy

I invite collaboration with you and your expertise on your body, with my clinical expertise and holistic, whole-person approach. In addition, you can expect care that is delivered ethically, compassionately and empathetically.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are offered virtually or in-person to make care more flexible and accessible—especially for parents and people navigating full lives. In the initial evaluation, I’ll focus on understanding your individual story by asking thoughtful questions to explore your experiences and concerns. By the end of our session, we’ll discuss personalized treatment recommendations, which may include medication and supplementation as part of a comprehensive approach to your care. This thorough mental health assessment is designed to create a customized plan that aligns with your needs and goals.
