Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jamie. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions such as Bipolar, ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety. But I also view mental health as a wide spectrum. Everyone can use a little help to be their best self.

My approach to therapy

I am here to help you. Every person has unique challenges, strengths and goals. Together we can discover what tools are most helpful for your health and happiness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a longer meeting. We will explore your physical, mental and emotional health. We will discuss medication options if needed.

If medication management is desired, we will usually be able to meet for shorter appointments.
