My approach to therapy is rooted in meeting clients where they are emotionally, mentally, and personally without judgment or pressure. I understand that every individual enters therapy with different experiences, strengths, challenges, and levels of readiness for change, and I believe the therapeutic process should honor that. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to be authentic, explore difficult emotions, and move at a pace that feels manageable for them. As an LCSW and LCADC, I integrate mental health and substance use treatment through a compassionate, individualized approach that focuses on building insight, developing practical coping skills, strengthening self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, lasting growth. My goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and supported while working together toward the changes they want to make in their lives.
