Great to meet you!

One thing clients often appreciate about working with me is my ability to balance compassion with directness. I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable while also feeling motivated to make meaningful changes. Whether someone is navigating recovery, emotional overwhelm, relationship issues, or personal growth, I aim to meet them where they are and help them move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in meeting clients where they are emotionally, mentally, and personally without judgment or pressure. I understand that every individual enters therapy with different experiences, strengths, challenges, and levels of readiness for change, and I believe the therapeutic process should honor that. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to be authentic, explore difficult emotions, and move at a pace that feels manageable for them. As an LCSW and LCADC, I integrate mental health and substance use treatment through a compassionate, individualized approach that focuses on building insight, developing practical coping skills, strengthening self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, lasting growth. My goal is to help clients feel heard, empowered, and supported while working together toward the changes they want to make in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment. My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we begin exploring what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what support looks like for you. I believe in meeting clients where they are, moving at a pace that feels safe, and building a genuine therapeutic connection from the start.
