Great to meet you!

I work best with clients who have already done some foundational therapy or trauma processing and who have developed coping or grounding skills that support their emotional regulation. This allows us to go deeper using approaches like mindfulness, meditation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychology, art therapy, Jungian therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I especially enjoy helping clients explore their inner world—emotions, shadow parts, boundaries, and spiritual beliefs—with curiosity and compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together, we unlearn outdated definitions of self, gently uncover the wisdom within emotional patterns, and create space for a more integrated, authentic way of being—one that honors your inner truth, aligns with your values, and allows you to live with greater freedom, presence, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from our first session

I feel deeply grateful for your consideration and the possibility of walking alongside you in your healing journey. It’s an honor to hold space for the sacred work of self-discovery and transformation, and I never take that privilege lightly. If we are a good fit, I would be honored to support you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you continue to grow.
