Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed by life's demands, disconnected from themselves or others, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating major life transitions, low self-esteem, motivation challenges, or the lasting effects of difficult past experiences that continue to impact their daily lives.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you better understand what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, healthier relationships, and long-term emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that can support your growth and healing.

My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, substance use challenges, women's issues, identity concerns, or major life transitions, we'll focus on meaningful strategies that support lasting change and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for therapy. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify patterns that may be contributing to your struggles, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, resilient, connected, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
