Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and doctoral candidate who is passionate about helping people feel understood and supported. I work with adolescents and adults, focusing on anxiety, life transitions, and emotional well-being. My approach is warm, practical, and centered on helping you build confidence and real-life coping skills. Reaching out can feel hard, but you don’t have to figure things out alone!

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach and focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I use practical, evidence-based strategies with a strong emphasis on life skills such as communication, organization, emotional regulation, and coping tools you can use in everyday life. I primarily work with adolescents, young and mature adults, navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we’ll set clear goals and build strategies that support you both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk through your goals, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of counseling, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll also share how I work and begin identifying practical strategies or next steps you can start using right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clear sense of direction moving forward.
