My name is Jamie Velvikis and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Certified Social Worker (CSW). I enjoy using Strength Based therapies to help clients reach their goals. I have worked in Human Services for 20 plus years.
My approach to therapy is a client centered approach. I am an open and active listener who wants to learn more about you and your entire life situation, so we can work together to help you reach your goals.
In our first session we will start to explore concerns, histories, what brings you to therapy, and areas you would like to work on to improve your well-being.
