Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, grounded space where clients feel safe to be honest, curious, and fully themselves. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and deeper questions around purpose, personal growth, and healing. My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and tailored to each client’s unique story and needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, empowering, and insight-oriented. I help clients explore underlying patterns, emotional experiences, and nervous system responses while building practical tools for everyday life. I gently challenge core beliefs that may have formed through painful experiences or trauma and incorporate a variety of approaches, including sandtray therapy, to help access and process emotions that can be difficult to express with words alone. I value curiosity, self-awareness, and meaningful growth, and I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and gently challenged.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel warm, steady, and unrushed. We’ll spend time getting to know your story, what brought you to therapy, and what you’re hoping will feel different. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and gently supported as we begin finding a path forward together.
