Great to meet you!

I graduated from Lesley University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy. I currently work as a clinician in the Simmons University Counseling Center and run Expressive Arts Therapy Groups for adults in the Boston Area. I have experience in helping people with anxiety, depression, coping with grief and loss, self esteem, identity related issues and more. My years of experience as an educator, youth development specialist and the director of programming in independent schools and non profits inform my approach.

My approach to therapy

Having someone to talk to when life gets hard is an essential part of caring for yourself. I am here to provide a listening ear and space to reflect on your emotions and behavior so you can stay in touch with yourself. Life's challenges are inevitable but how we respond to them makes all the difference.I see the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity for grounding connection, self exploration, and growth.

What you can expect from me

With a focus on developing self compassion, we'll explore the relationship between your individual and collective identities and your life experiences. I'd love to work with you to help you develop skills to stay resilient as you move through life.
