Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed social worker passionate about helping people navigate life’s most challenging moments with clarity, support, and compassion. My background includes behavioral health, crisis intervention, grief, chronic illness, and palliative care, with experience across hospital and community settings. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, empowered, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach to help clients explore ambivalence, strengthen motivation, and build confidence in creating meaningful change. This approach focuses on strengths, resilience, and practical solutions rather than staying stuck in problems. Together, we identify achievable goals and small steps forward. CBT helps clients recognize how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I support clients in identifying unhelpful patterns and developing healthier ways of coping and responding.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. Clients can expect a supportive, conversational environment where they feel heard without judgment or pressure. Together, we will identify goals, discuss challenges, and begin building a plan that feels realistic, empowering, and tailored to your needs.
