Great to meet you!

"Vulnerability is not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of strength, resilience and compassion for oneself." Greetings, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from California State University San Bernardino and have been practicing for over 5 years. I enjoy helping individuals unlock strengths and maximize living their life to its full potential. There is no one size fits all, I incorporate therapeutic methods tailored to meet your unique goals.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT in practice. I have helped many individuals challenge negative thoughts and learn self-help strategies. We will use complementary therapy approaches and techniques to explore negative perception patterns and use that knowledge to change how you see and react to things outside your control.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
