Great to meet you!

When you're carrying the weight of depression, constant stress, family conflict, grief, or a chronic health condition, it can feel like you're expected to keep going while no one sees how exhausted you really are. For more than 17 years, I've helped people navigate life's most difficult seasons with compassion, honesty, and practical support. Whether you're trying to mend relationships, cope with overwhelming emotions, or simply find your way back to yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

No two people experience pain the same way, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, whether it's family dynamics, anxiety, depression, grief, cultural pressures, or the emotional toll of living with a chronic condition. My goal is to help you find real ways to feel more at peace, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels manageable again.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to exhale. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what's brought you here, and what you hope will be different in your life. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident that there's a path forward.
