Great to meet you!

As a license clinical social worker my goal has always been to help those that may be struggling with difficult life events. The fact that you are hear ready to do the work is an amazing accomplishment. I've been license for 14 years and have worked in an acute psychiatric hospital and outpatient mental health. My main focus at this time is working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict and relational stres.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is the key to letting go of the past and forging forth in the future with a healthy resolve, improved outlook on your future and healing that will create a peace and joy in your everyday life. It's important that you feel comfortable communicating openly and feel respected and understood. I'm hear to be a listen, challenge and support you along the way.

During our first session it will be more of an introduction. I like to get to know your story, why you are seeking therapy at this time, what you are expecting out of therapy and out of me as your therapist as well as if you are ready to do the work need to make therapy a success.
