Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're juggling anxiety, stress, depression, family challenges, or difficulties with focus and attention. Whether you're a child, teen, or adult facing changes at home, school, work, or within yourself, you deserve a space where you feel supported and understood. My background in care coordination and school counseling has given me years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion and practical guidance. I believe everyone has unique strengths, and together we'll build on those strengths while exploring the patterns, triggers, and experiences that may be keeping you from feeling your best. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you develop the confidence and skills needed to move forward with greater resilience and hope.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, encouraging, and personalized to your individual needs. My approach focuses on increasing self-awareness so we can better understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns influencing your daily life while creating meaningful solutions that fit your goals. I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Parent Management Training (PMT), and strength-based interventions to help you build practical coping skills and lasting confidence. Whether you're managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, family concerns, or everyday stress, we'll work together to develop strategies that support meaningful progress both inside and outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a warm, welcoming, and pressure-free environment. I'll take time to understand your story, what brings you to therapy, and the goals you'd like to achieve while ensuring you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the process. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your unique needs and builds on your strengths. My hope is that you'll leave each session with greater clarity, practical tools you can use in everyday life, and renewed confidence in your ability to navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
