Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am open to supporting individuals across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional weight that comes with real-life responsibilities—whether that’s school-related stress, family dynamics, caregiving, health changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by everything you’re carrying.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll look at patterns, stressors, and key decision points so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence—not just talk about what’s wrong, but identify what actually helps in your day-to-day life.

I draw from cognitive and strength-based approaches, but our work isn’t rigid or one-size-fits-all. Each session is tailored to you, your pace, and what feels most relevant. When appropriate, I can also integrate medication management into your overall care.

I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex systems, including long-term care and major life adjustments. I understand how challenging it can be to make decisions when emotions, responsibilities, and uncertainty all intersect.

If you’re looking for a space where you can feel understood, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps forward, we can work together to build a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and pressure-free. We’ll take time to talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to get out of our work together. You can expect me to listen without judgment, get to know your story at your pace, and ask questions that help us build a plan tailored to you — not just your symptoms.

Whether we explore medication options, therapy goals, or simply start with where you are emotionally, the goal is to help you feel heard, grounded, and supported from the very beginning.
