I have been in practice since 2006. I focus on holistic wellness with a foundational approach of existential therapy. I have been trained and have experience in multiple modalities and work to integrate them into my practice.

Existential therapy is the foundation of my approach, but I integrate multiple modalities/techniques in order to meet a client's unique needs.
