Great to meet you!

For the last 7 years I've been working with individuals in addiction recovery, those looking to heal from and move past trauma, and families at risk of disruption. I approach therapy from a collaborative and compassionate stance; with help to gain insight and overcome challenges people have a remarkable ability to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach incorporates motivation for change, self-compassion, psychoeducation, and cognitive techniques to help individuals understand themselves and foster hope.

What you can expect from me

During a first session I typically like to ensure safety and then learn about the background of a client to better understand them as a whole person as opposed to just a set of problems.
