Great to meet you!

I invite authenticity, knowledge, and humor to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process your experiences and find tools for healing and growth. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet your needs and schedule. As a licensed therapist trained and certified in multiple modalities like sandtray or complex trauma, I help clients ages 12 and through the lifespan navigate complex trauma and life challenges. My experience includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and experiences of domestic violence or human trafficking.

My approach to therapy

My mission is to empower you to face life’s challenges with confidence and support by offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences and emotions. I provide honest guidance, tools, and strategies to help you process difficult situations, develop resilience, and cultivate personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You will be given the opportunity to be your authentic self, express concerns, ask the therapist questions, and explore different paths you can take to achieve your goals!
