Great to meet you!

My life's purpose is to be a change agent in the lives of those I serve. With over 10 years in education as an educator and as a Mental Health Professional, my heart is with the leaders of tomorrow. In addition to my tenure as a school counselor, I've had the privilege of working in the child welfare sector helping youth navigate housing and employment opportunities as well as support families and youth during the reunification and adoption process for those who've experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. I also have experience working with youth admitted to inpatient behavioral health hospitals as result of being a danger to themselves or others. While I am open to myriad of clients, my primary focus is youth and young adults between ages 10-18 years of age who are navigating depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adjusting to their new realities.

My approach to therapy

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward—but deep down, you know there's more to life than just "getting by." At Inner Compass Counseling, I help individuals like you reconnect with your inner wisdom and rediscover the clarity and confidence needed to thrive. Whether you're navigating a life transition, healing from past wounds, or seeking greater purpose, you're not alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and uncover your natural resilience—so you can live more fully and authentically.

I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where curiosity and compassion lead the way. My approach is collaborative and empowering, rooted in helping you reconnect with your strengths and sense of direction. In each session, you can expect thoughtful guidance, deep listening, and a focus on what truly matters to you.

What you can expect from me

As a client, I am here as a resource for you. At the start, we will have a space where you share a bit about yourself and what has brought you here today. From there, we will work together to determine a path forward to achieve your intended outcome, while taking into consideration the complexities of life. My guarantee to you is that you'll experience professionalism, utmost care and acquired skills as we navigate current challenges in your life following each session.
