As a mental health professional with many years of biomedical research experience, I have a deeper understanding of the neuro-developmental mechanisms underlying trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. I specialize in diagnosing and treating complex traumas, attachment disorders, addictive behaviors, Autism, and personality disorders.

My therapy approach is highly educational and solution-focused. I use an integrative approach to help my clients by combining experiential modalities, including EMDR, IFS, Gestalt, and Schema therapy.
