Great to meet you!

Welcome! I love joining clients on their journey to emotional and spiritual health and maturity. I especially enjoy working with women on a wide variety of issues including relationship challenges, grief and loss, codependency, life transitions, depression, anxiety and spiritual struggles.

I have a Christian counseling perspective and believe that emotional and spiritual maturity go hand-in-hand.

I received my MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe and accepting space for my clients to be able to honestly share their struggles, challenges, pain and questions. My approach is psychodynamic, person-centered and attachment based.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be your opportunity to share what brings you to counseling, for me to get to know you better and to answer any questions you may have about me or the counseling process. This will allow us to begin to set some goals for our work together.
