Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 10 years experience, my hope is in supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, family dynamics, and interpersonal relationships. In my practice, I blend experiential and talk therapy to create a compassionate, client-centered space where you can feel truly heard. My goal is to support my clients as they strengthen their self-awareness and build deeper, healthier connections in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach that combines traditional therapy with creative, interactive, and experiential interventions to help you explore your emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to foster a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I truly believe in meeting you right where you are in your journey toward healing and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will want to get to know you and what brought you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to share your experience and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a welcoming and safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable exploring your needs. We will work together in the sessions that follow to acheive personal growth and make meaningful change.
