Great to meet you!

Are you going through a major life change and feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure about what comes next? Life transitions—such as divorce, loss of a loved one, becoming a parent, relationship changes, or launching children into adulthood—can leave you feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, and questioning your direction.

I specialize in helping adults navigate life transitions and the stress that often comes with them. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by change, struggle with anxiety, or are trying to rebuild their sense of identity after a difficult season. Therapy provides a supportive space to slow down, process what you’re experiencing, and gain clarity about how to move forward.

Together, we will explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping your current challenges while developing practical tools to help you manage stress, improve relationships, and feel more grounded in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself and your relationships. Whether you are navigating divorce, coping with grief and loss, adjusting to parenthood, or working through relationship challenges, therapy can help you reconnect with your inner strength and move into the next chapter of your life with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other & establish a foundation for our work together. Our initial session is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy, including any specific concerns, challenges, or goals you have in mind. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, experiences, & what you hope to achieve through our sessions. I also like to give you an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about therapy.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.
