Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience working with adults. I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I’m interested in who you are, not just what’s wrong. My goal is to create a space that feels real, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward something that feels more connected and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

I want to get to know you, the human sitting in front of me, not just the concerns that brought you here. You’re welcome to ask questions, share curiosities or concerns, and use the time to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
