My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is calm, patient and empathetic. I will assist you in overcoming barriers to achieve your life goals using quality, research-proven therapy. My preferred therapeutic approach is present-centered, solution focused and integrative. Areas of specialization include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness techniques and treatment of grief and trauma. I will integrate the most effective therapeutic approaches for your unique situation to help you achieve lasting change.

What you can expect from me
