Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of Iowa with over 35 years of experience working with adults and children. I love my work and approach each session with passion to explore and enhance the strengths individuals possess. Therapy can be hard work and I like to support growth and healing with compassion and at times fun energy.

My approach to therapy

I strive to be patient centered-meeting people where they are in their journey. I often used CBT, Solution Focused and Strength Based Approaches.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a safe emotional environment to allow for sharing and problem solving. I like to provide hands on practical tools and supports for individuals to support growth in between sessions.
