Great to meet you!

I have been a psychologist for 25 years. I have worked in clinical and academic settings, and value an evidence-based approach. I specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, perfectionism, frustration, loneliness, and other life issues such as work dissatisfaction, relationship conflict, and problems with attention.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients immensely. I collaborate with clients using a range of contemporary short-term therapies (cognitive, behavioral, CBT, mindfulness, exposure-based, behavioral activation, mind-body, brain fitness). I work primarily with adult and older adult populations.

What you can expect from me

After completing therapy with me (which usually involves 12 to 20 weekly sessions), clients leave with effective new strategies and tools for improving moods, solving problems, and enhancing self esteem. Many of my clients return multiple times, even years after we have stopped our initial weekly sessions. After completing therapy with me, you will always have me in your corner.
