Great to meet you!

With decades of experience, I’ve guided people through life’s transitions, challenges, and the complex moments that shape who we are. I believe every person has the capacity to thrive and draw on their own strengths, values, and creativity — even in unsettling or difficult times. Clients often describe my approach as creative, empathic, and resource-focused, uncovering solutions that are uniquely theirs. Humor, curiosity, and respect guide the work, creating a space where your experience is fully seen and valued.

Some of the challenges I often work with include:

  • Standing at a crossroads and seeking clarity on values, goals, or direction
  • Feeling not good enough
  • Despair, disconnection, or life feeling heavy
  • Struggles in intimate or family relationships
  • Grief, loss, and the profound challenges of navigating difficult moments

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative exploration. Together, we experiment with practical steps, creative options, and ways of reflecting that help reveal the strengths, skills, and resources you already carry. I draw on Narrative and Solution-Focused approaches, generative change, trauma-informed care, and creative modalities such as music listening and guided imagery. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to hold a steady, experienced space, noticing what works, opening possibilities, and supporting your next significant steps.

What you can expect from me

People can expect to leave sessions with practical ways to navigate challenges, obstacles, and difficult emotions, along with a renewed connection to who they are at their best — a sense of coming “back home” to their own capacity, values, and place in the world. Sessions support taking care of yourself, clarifying what matters most, and discovering ways to move forward and contribute meaningfully. Clients often leave feeling heard, lighter, and energized, carrying discoveries, skills, and confidence into the next steps of their lives. For more information go to: www.JanNadav.com
