Great to meet you!

I keep up to date with on-going education in all aspects of psychology, self-improvement, and health and wellness.

On the week-ends I spend time listening to light rock and jazz, and enjoy hiking, biking, boxing, weight lifting (I started in my 30's!), praying and walking my dog, Candy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to listen and help you solve your presenting problem, then zero in on the real issue (the problem behind the problem). My client's feedback is that I am 'real' and get results.

My therapeutic focus uses a blend of cognitive behavioral therapies and short-term problem-solving techniques. My goal is for clients to never have this particular problem again.

My 40+ years of experiences both in my office and in hospital settings gives me a perspective which accelerates the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect my full attention and focus. My goal is to understand your unique situation and to grasp your presenting problems better than you do. Clients can then expect insights and advice based on my long history in the field of problem-solving. My emphasis is helping individuals and couples resolve their difficulties and move forward with confidence.
