Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma-focused therapy, with particular expertise in working with survivors of interpersonal trauma such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and family violence. My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families build resilience and reclaim their inner strength. By integrating evidence-based practices like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for healing. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and distressing memories and am dedicated to guiding survivors toward empowered and fulfilling lives. You don't have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices—like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and relaxation skills—all woven together to fit your unique needs and strengths. I’ll work side by side with you, supporting the healing of unresolved trauma, easing distressing symptoms, and helping you reconnect with your natural ability to grow and thrive. Creating a genuinely safe, empowering space is important to me, where curiosity and self-acceptance are always welcome and honored.

If you’re interested, my love for gaming opens up new possibilities in therapy. I’ve played everything from Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, and Elder Scrolls Online to Minecraft (and plenty more!) with clients who find cooperative gaming a helpful or comforting way to build skills, connect, and work through tough emotions. Shared play can spark teamwork, boost confidence, develop communication, and help transform anxiety or frustration into resilience—all while having fun together.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the long-term effects of trauma, my focus is on supporting meaningful growth and healing, using the approaches that fit best for you—including traditional methods, creativity, and even a little adventure when you need it most.

What you can expect from me

You'll find a warm, caring space here. I listen with compassion and without judgment, so you can share openly and go at your own pace. My supportive style helps you face your monsters—big or small—empowering you to process tough emotions and take steps toward healing.

In our work together, you'll find encouragement that's both gentle and practical, helping you feel grounded and ready to face what comes your way. I strive to create a respectful, welcoming space where you feel understood and empowered to move toward your goals and lasting growth.

You'll find support here with EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and relaxation—always tailored to you. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, or grief, I'm here to help you heal and move forward, one step at a time.
