Great to meet you!

I provide telehealth and in-person therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With nearly 23 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I offer a supportive and experienced space where clients can work through difficult experiences and create meaningful change.

My pratice focuses on helping clients heal from trauma, relatonship abuse, and other life challenges that impact emotional well-being. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelming stress, identity concerns, and the lasting effects of difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through understanding, compassion, and steady progress.

I earned my Master’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and have been a licensed therapist since 2007. I am committed to providing a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we work at your pace to build resilience, increase self-understanding, and move toward lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, judgment-free, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace. I recognize the impact of trauma on individuals’ lives and tailor treatment to honor each person's unique journey, fostering resilience, healing, and self-discovery.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, validated, and supported. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll work to build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen your sense of self. You can expect a collaborative process grounded in compassion, honesty, and respect — where healing, growth, and resilience are not only possible, but expected over time.
