Great to meet you!

One of the most painful things that we may face is feeling incomplete, or like there is a gap between where we want to be and where we currently are. Sometimes life's plans don't align with our hopes and expectations. Sometimes we stand in our own way with thoughts, beliefs, or behaviors that are not self-serving. Collaboratively, and compassionately, I strive to help you remove these barriers.

My approach to therapy

I believe that self-compassion, intentionality, identifying and living by your values and priorities, and creating meaning and purpose are important ingredients to rebuild and refine the life we are living--and the person we are. I use attentive listening and intentional questions, comments, and resources to walk with you through your struggles.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients build a deeper, more loving relationship with themselves. Through this process, they can help create a sense of self and life that they want to live. I want clients to feel empowered, and be able to address the internal and/or external barriers creating disempowerment.
