Great to meet you!

I have been a Social worker for 16 years. I have a vast amount of experience working with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss and family issues and life changes. I have a passion for helping others learn how to improve their mental and emotional well being for a lifetime.

My approach to therapy

I am an empathetic, nurturing and non judgmental therapist. I am welcome those from all walks of life and embrace cultural diversity. I can be firm and push when needed but also know when to pull back. This is your journey and I am here to give you tools, work thru struggles and provide you support alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Clients will learn to become more positive, self motivated, learn about vulnerability and importance of self care and validation. Clients who put in the work will be given life long tools they can look back on when they need. Therapy is your safe place and that will be respected.
