Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) with training in trauma-informed care and EMDR, and I provide virtual therapy in Tennessee, Florida, and South Carolina. I primarily work with high-functioning individuals and moms who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out, especially those navigating ADHD (including late diagnosis), pregnancy/postpartum changes, and life transitions.

I understand how heavy the mental load can feel, and how confusing it is when things that “should be manageable” aren’t. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and create practical ways to function more effectively in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on real-life change. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

I help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and patterns are working together, especially if ADHD or chronic overwhelm is part of the picture. From there, we focus on building practical strategies, boundaries, and systems that actually work for you.

My style is direct, honest, and supportive. If you’d like, I can also integrate faith into the work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s been going on, what feels most overwhelming right now, and what you want to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your background, patterns, and goals, but it won’t feel like an interrogation.

You can expect a balance of listening and guidance, and I’ll start helping you make sense of things right away, not just gather information. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying clear next steps so you leave with direction, not just more to think about.
