Great to meet you!

I'm Jana Sullivan, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, recovery, relationship challenges and life transitions helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and emotional struggles. I believe everyone has a story worth hearing, and no one should feel defined by their past or their most difficult moments. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a conversation, not a lecture. Together, we'll explore patterns, identify strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work through the challenges that may be keeping you from moving forward. I value honesty, practical solutions, and meeting you exactly where you are. Healing isn't about becoming a perfect person; it's about discovering who you are and creating a life that feels more fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like to accomplish. I'll explain the therapy process, answer your questions, and help us identify a direction that feels right for you. There's no pressure to share everything at once or have all the answers. We'll move at a comfortable pace while building a foundation of trust, understanding, and support.
