As a therapist with real-life experiences, I am committed to empowering others as they find harmony in the world. In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most appropriate ways to help you. I offer my clients compassion, insights, and practical skills. I hold certifications in EMDR, EFT, & Compassionate Bereavement Care.
I always start with an introductory session, where you can share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will take this journey together. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, safe, hopeful environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the following sessions to make these goals and determine what you need from therapy.
