Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and couples break through the patterns that keep them feeling trapped or overwhelmed. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients across a broad spectrum of needs, offering a compassionate, grounded space where real healing and growth can take place.

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling, I specialize in treating trauma, chronic anxiety, and substance use challenges as well as many other concerns. A significant focus of my practice is working with couples—helping partners navigate interpersonal conflicts, repair marital ruptures, and rebuild meaningful connection. Additionally, I have extensive experience providing faith-based counseling for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into their healing journey.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, processing past pain, or seeking to restore balance in your life and relationships, my goal is to walk alongside you with clinical expertise and genuine empathy. You don't have to figure it out alone—I look forward to partnering with you on your path forward.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, empowering, and solution-focused. I strive to create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you can speak candidly, feel genuinely heard, and begin to process what's holding you back. Rather than taking a rigid or detached role, I prefer to walk alongside you as a partner in your healing, helping you discover and navigate your best path forward.

In our work together, I draw heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and interpersonal strategies. Together, we will connect the dots between your past experiences and your present circumstances, exploring how your underlying thoughts directly shape your perceptions, emotional responses, and daily actions. By bringing clarity to these patterns, we can develop practical, actionable strategies that empower you to regain control and foster meaningful change.

Whether we are addressing trauma, managing anxiety, navigating recovery, or repairing relationship dynamics, my focus is always on honoring your unique journey while equipping you with the tools you need to thrive.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a courageous step, and my highest priority is to cultivate a safe, welcoming space where you feel immediately supported. Our initial session is focused on gathering information, exploring our potential connection, and meeting you right where you are. We will walk through what brings you to therapy while addressing any questions you have about the process, and I will share a bit about myself so you feel completely at ease. We will conclude our first time together by establishing clear, collaborative goals and a concrete plan forward, ensuring you leave feeling confident, supported, and equipped to navigate your journey to desired change in your life.
