Great to meet you!

Because mental health involves all aspects of living, I am dually licensed in mental health and substance use. I am a lifelong learner of living in the best quality of health possible. My focus is on your strengths and understanding how you've come to the spot you find yourself in now. Once we key into what motivates you, your meaning/purpose ~ the rest is easy. We look to build a future that is satisfying and makes a ton of sense to the most fundamental person in your life... YOU. Get ready for discovery, recovering and correcting the past that may still affect your future, and find joy in the process.

I serve all ages of the lifespan, primarily young adults to the frail ones. Each person faces a journey through life; and each has a desire to finish that journey with success.

My own journey includes raising four sons, earning a degree in Human Development, a master's in Social Work, working as a full-time clinical therapist and a certified alcohol and substance use counselor, and now reaching for a Doctorate in Psychology. I would be happy to assist you in hitting your stride, recovering from any stumble or an all-out face-plant, and preventing one from ever happening again.

I have hours on Tuesday and Thursday mornings with weekend hours between Saturday and Sunday afternoons. If this works for you, let's get to it!
