Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, stress, shame, or major life transitions on your own. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward.
As both a therapist and self-love coach, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you gain insight, build self-awareness, strengthen confidence, and create meaningful change that aligns with the life you want to live. I believe healing is a journey, not a quick fix, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
