Great to meet you!

As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents to help them navigate the unique challenges of adolescence with confidence and resilience. I understand that this stage of life can feel overwhelming, filled with pressure from school, friendships, family dynamics, and self-identity issues. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can express themselves freely, explore their emotions, and develop coping skills for the challenges they face.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring a strengths-based approach to therapy, believing that every adolescent has the potential for growth and healing. I work collaboratively with both teens and their families to promote emotional well-being, build self-esteem, and foster healthy communication skills. Whether your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, academic stress, peer relationships, or navigating big life transitions, I offer tools and support that empower them to manage their emotions, set boundaries, and thrive.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, I’ll focus on building a trusting connection with your teen while creating a space where they feel safe to open up. Whether they’re struggling with friendships, family dynamics, or understanding themselves better, my goal is to help them grow in confidence, navigate their emotions, and build stronger relationships.
