Great to meet you!

You may look like you’re holding things together on the outside while spending much of your energy managing what’s happening internally. Maybe your mind is constantly running through worst-case scenarios, you avoid situations because of fears that feel difficult to explain, or you're exhausted from trying to control thoughts, emotions, or your relationship with food. Depression can leave you feeling disconnected, unmotivated, or unlike yourself, while anxiety can make even everyday decisions feel overwhelming. When these struggles begin taking up more space in your life than you'd like, therapy can offer a place to understand what's happening and begin creating something different.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and fears that interfere with daily life, relationships, or their sense of self. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on understanding the person behind the symptoms. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences that may be contributing to your struggles while developing healthier ways to cope and respond. I believe meaningful progress comes from building understanding and self-compassion while also taking practical steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without having to minimize it or explain it perfectly. Whether you're trying to quiet an anxious mind, rebuild your relationship with food and yourself, work through fears, or find your way out of depression, we'll work together to identify what you need and what moving forward could look like. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of navigating your life without your fears or symptoms defining it.
