Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, something beneath the surface is keeping you stuck? Like your brain just won’t cooperate even when you want nothing more than to feel better? You're not alone, even if it feels like it. I help teens and adults move through the pain of trauma, anxiety, depression, and overwhelm so they can finally feel like themselves again — calm, connected, and in control. Clients often tell me our work feels like a mix of deep emotional healing and practical tools they can use right away.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into the room, creating a space where you can be fully yourself. We'll explore your inner world together, with curiosity and compassion, using powerful, evidence-based approaches like EMDR, DBT, IFS, and Play Therapy.I tailor each session to what you need whether that’s processing something hard or just having space to breathe.

What you can expect from me

Our time together will be collaborative, empowering, and connective. We’ll work through the tough stuff at your pace, build tools for emotional regulation, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have lost touch with along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical — it can feel like being seen, known, supported and validated.
