Great to meet you!

With 43 years experience in this field, I want to celebrate your life’s journey and be a catalyst for your awakening to new levels of well-being. Congratulations for showing up for You!

You are taking a giant step in moving your life forward. I have many tools to assist you; from Gabor Mate’s Approach to Trauma Recovery (Compassionate Inquiry) to Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems Parts Work (IFS) to Voice Dialogue, the Gottman Relationship Method, Jungian Archetypal Shadow Work with Myth and Dreams... to all the Expressive Arts Therapies - Art, Writing, Poetry, Music, Dance, Drama, Guided Imagery, Sand-tray and Ritual. My deepest desire is to be present for you as you open the doors to your dreams.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is the quality of my intention to truly listen and to see the glorious human being that you are on this planet and to nurture your success on the inside as well as on the outside.

I am especially moved by the growth and expansion in the psychology field with new methods to transform shadow material with compassion, mindfulness, kindness and care.

I invite you to open to your creative flow, to “try me out” and see what happens.

What you can expect from me

As an Expressive Arts Therapist, accompanying you on your Heroic and Creative Journey, I deeply trust the process of transformation. I create a safe and sacred space where you can be vulnerable and powerful enough to express all that you are and to experiment with new, expanded ways of being. I feel honored to witness you come alive!
