Great to meet you!

I have over 6 years of experience working with clients who are feeling anxious, depressed, struggling with life changes, or have been feeling overwhelmed.

I currently work at Mass General Brigham as a Complex Care Social Worker providing care for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and complicated medical diagnoses.

I have a specialized certificate from Tulane University for Mental Health, Addiction and the Family. I am certified as a CCTP, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and have experience working with clients with trauma and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy to adults struggling with life transitions, parental challenges, relationship issues, grief, depression, and anxiety. My style is warm, direct, and relational. I do not believe one type of therapy fits all, and I am excited to get to know you and your goals so we can find the best treatment plan for you!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know each other and figure out your goals for therapy. What brought you here and what do you want to gain from our time together? This space is for you and I am honored to be a part of your wellness journey!
