Great to meet you!
I work with neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families who want more than coping skills — they want to feel seen, understood, and supported in ways that actually fit who they are. Whether you are navigating ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity, executive functioning struggles, social exhaustion, masking, rejection sensitivity, relationship conflict, parenting stress, or the impact of being identified late in life, therapy can be a place to finally exhale.
I also enjoy working with neurodiverse couples and families who love each other deeply but feel stuck in painful patterns of misattunement, conflict, overload, or mutual misunderstanding. Many families and partners are doing the best they can with very different brains, needs, and stress responses. Therapy can help create more empathy, better communication, and a path forward that honors everyone involved.
Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, especially if past experiences left you feeling judged or unseen. I want therapy to feel different. My hope is that from the very first conversation, you feel a little less alone.
